Step by Step Foundation Wins 2010 Great Charity Challenge!

Funds Will Get Kids Back to School in Haiti!

Wellington, Florida, March 20, 2010. Step by Step Foundation jumped into first place and beat 23 teams at the inaugural Great Charity Challenge on Saturday, March 20, at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, Florida.

Olympic rider and Step by Step Foundation team leader, Margie Engle, and her team members Cristina Kelly and Jennifer Waxman, tore through the course at lightening speed to take a lead that no-one could catch!

The foundation won $150,000 to finish building a school in Haiti and to continue to assist re-building in Haiti after the devastating earthquake in January. The foundation also won an additional $25,000 to donate to another local foundation, and selected the Boys and Girls Club of Wellington.

Step by Step Foundation will head to Haiti in April to plan the completion of the school and continue to raise funds to get all of the kids in Haiti back to school.
